200ml fresh milk
2-3 slices bread
20g butter （melted）
1. Mix well ingredient A till sugar is well-dissolved.
2. Cut bread into smaller pieces and arrange it into a bowl.
3. Soften it with melted butter.
4. Scatter raisins on top.
5. Pour in no. 1, mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for an hour.This pudding should be done by the steam-baked method.
